We LOVE our customers!  We want nothing more than for you to be happy with our products, and we will do everything we can to make that happen!

Amazing customer service is one of the most important things we want to be known for, aside from our products.  We want our customers to have a pleasant experience from their purchase to any follow ups, to future orders.  We strive to ensure that you are satisfied!

As with anything that revolves around flavor, we can't promise you that you will love every single juice you buy.  Unfortunately with taste being so subjective, we can't guarantee that your taste buds will like a flavor the same way that another customer's has.  That's why we have implemented a rating system on every juice so that customers can leave their feedback, and future customers can then read the feedback and make more of an informed decision.

We encourage our customers to use our rating services to the full potential in order to help build a strong community.  If you purchase a juice, and have some time, please leave a review so that we, and other customers, know what you thought of it!

It's important for us to know because it will allow us to modify a juice if we are getting enough negative reviews that it is obvious subjective taste is not the issue.  We DO test all of our juices and vape them ourselves, but just because we like it doesn't mean everyone will.  So, again, ratings are VERY important to everyone!

We can't offer refunds on juices that you dislike because of the subjective taste business, but if you are absolutely unhappy please contact us and let us know why, and we really will try to make it up to you one way or the other, even if it means we have to make a juice just for you because you can't seem to find one that meets your needs.

We are basing our business ideals around you guys, so feedback means the world to us.
